Can you tell me more about the mentoring program. I am a new writer who is working on publishing a novel for children. Recently, I have started reading about freelance writing and would like to learn more about the ins and outs of this area of writing. you can contact me at m.best5150@sbcglobal.net

Hey thanks! That worked! Very slow as you say, and I can't get my smartphone to work this way, but at least I have my email back on my laptop now!

I have to say though that I will not be renewing my exchange account with 1and1 when my current billing cycle expires, six days of downtime in two months is unacceptable.

My boss is a genius! We have found that if we go into the exchange proxy settings and change the exchange server from .co.uk to .com, although verrry slow, we are able to connect to our exchange mail using our outlook client. Try it. If you want the technical reason, it may be something to do with dns entries not being updated?!?!?!

It came back, then it went again, now it seems to be working fine, although 2 days without email was a complete headache.
